I love your cutters. lets start there. what I am extremely disappointed in is there is or does not seem to be any information on your website that they come directly from china. now don't get me wrong, I order shit from there all the time. so here is my concern. I am Canadian, live in Mexico and traveled to the USA to visit a friend. So I ordered my goodies shipped to her house thinking you were an American Company and they would arrive in short order and i could avoid boarder issues ie, couple days. After I placed the order did I find out they were coming direct from China. If i knew that I would have sent them right to my house in Mexico. So it took 2 weeks for them to show up at her place. Good thing I ordered well in advance. question, if Amazon has them to deliver asap why does home office not off the same. I would have been po'd.. I don't really want to give Amazon all my business that's why i ordered from you directly. What if I was on a timeline and figured id give a week to get them from order date thinking they were all on American soil. please inform your customers that when ordering from your main website they come direct from china so one can pre pair better. ok that's my beef. inform you customers of where your product is SHIPPED FROM.
